R&D Center
Ballee R&D Center is a strategic blend of material science, engineering, user experience, and sustainability innovation. 30 years professional development gathers talent & expertise. The design and finalization of each best-selling product in the market have incorporated forward-thinking ideas of the designers with the needs of the market.
Casting
We have an experienced casting team. And we stick to technical depth and insist on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and sustainability! Our capacity of casting could arrive to 90000pcs/ month.
Machining
We have 15 sets CNC for machining, 6 sets CNC engraving and milling machine. And lots other machines for test and QC. We will inspect the first & the last part and random sampling inspection during the machining. There will be well to satisfy customers quality requirements. Our machining Capabilities for faucets are high-precision, well quality control, and technical expertise.
Polishing
There are 30+ high-skilled workers for polishing team. Our workers will show their well-skilled on the surface after CNC machining. Every well-polished surface is an expression of the art of life. And our inspectors will inspect each one carefully.
Electroplate
For electroplate: Ni 6-8μm, Cr plating above 0.2μm, also we pass the NSST, neutral for 200h. There are many different color and different surface finishing to choose for customers. Such as: Chrome, black, Gunmetal grey, Brushed gold, PVD, etc...
Assembling
We use precision machines to assemble of quality parts which become flawless faucets. There are 6 assembly lines of well-trained workers to satisfy the quantity well for clients. Each faucet is water-tested carefully. And each carton will meet the requirement of clients perfectly
